I had a great experience at the hotel. The service was excellent, and I am a regular guest here for a reason. The staff, especially Ms. Krishna at the front desk, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable with a personal touch. The rooms in the tower wing were excellent with superb service and great housekeeping. However, the view from the rooms was disappointing due to the surrounding structures.
